Two things. First, residential and property cleaning — homes, rental units, shared building spaces and small offices. Second, private-pay non-medical household and companion support — light housekeeping, laundry and linens, meal preparation, groceries and errands, household organization, companionship, and resource navigation.
Pricing depends on the size, condition, scope, frequency, and location of the job. Contact us to discuss your needs and arrange a walkthrough when appropriate. Adding the property size and a photo or two to the request form helps us discuss scope.
Yes. We handle apartment and rental-unit turnovers, move-in and move-out cleaning, and hallways, entries, stairs, laundry rooms and other agreed common areas. We can work to a property’s hand-over dates.
No. YourPlace LLC provides non-medical household support and is not a licensed home-care agency. We do not provide nursing, medication management, bathing, toileting, transfers, or hands-on personal care. If licensed care is needed, we are glad to help you identify providers in the area.
We can take practical household tasks off a caregiver’s list — the cleaning, laundry, meals, shopping and errands — and provide companionship during a scheduled visit. This is household and companionship support, not personal or medical care.
Stand-alone transportation is not offered. Errands can be handled as part of a scheduled household support visit.
Yes. Household support is private-pay, and cleaning is quoted per job.
Weekend service available Saturday and Sunday; weekday evening service available by arrangement. Tell us your preferred days on the request form and we will confirm what we can arrange.

Either. Tell us on the request form whether you are looking for a one-time or recurring service and which days you prefer, and we will discuss what we can arrange.
No. The request form does not ask for health information. Just tell us the tasks or the space you need covered and where the service would take place.
Yes. We welcome inquiries from community organizations, real estate professionals, property managers, and professionals supporting older adults and families. Use the referral partner option on our request form or call 218-303-5838. We can also send flyers for your office.
